Verified 150-Hour Training Programme: Home Care Worker – National Vocational Qualification (NVQ)

Zavod za pomoč družini na domu Vitica, Gornja Radgona, is organising a verified 150-hour training programme for the profession of home care worker, leading to a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ).

The programme is intended for anyone who enjoys working with people and wishes to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to provide social care at home or in social care institutions. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate enabling them to sit the examination for the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ).

Programme structure

The training lasts approximately 3 to 4 months, with classes held twice a week in the afternoon. It consists of 8 weeks of theoretical instruction followed by 8 weeks of practical training. The programme is set to begin in December 2025.

Cost

The programme fee is €635, with the option to pay in instalments.
