Presentation of an Application for Informing Vulnerable Groups on Energy and Transport Poverty
Households facing energy poverty often encounter challenges in the area of mobility as well. This is precisely why it makes sense to address both issues in an integrated way – only then can we develop more effective and coordinated solutions at the local level.
Organisations and individuals who work daily with vulnerable groups play a crucial role in this process – whether with older people, those facing economic hardship, migrants, people from diverse cultural backgrounds, young people or others. Some of you are already active in the field of transport, others in energy, and many work in social care, in direct contact with those who need this kind of support the most.
To support your work, we have prepared a 3-hour training session for information providers, where you will gain practical knowledge on addressing energy and transport poverty. As part of the event, we will also present a new application that enables simple and effective communication of available measures in both areas.
